What I’ve learned in 3 days of work

I can’t believe I’m almost done with my first week of work! I am absolutely loving my new job as the PR Intern at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. Our marketing team is awesome, and I’m looking forward to what will come.

Today, we had a health fair, which was a lot of fun and I even won a raffle which scored me tickets and a parking pass to a braves game!

I have learned so many valuable things in these short three days, as well as some insight into what the “Real World” encompasses:

– Getting up before the sun is not fun, 5:30 a.m. is very dark
– I now know what working through lunch means… But I love staying busy!
– Rain makes traffic 1000x worse…it took me 2 hours to get home tonight.
– & my favorite is… After a long day at work, it’s perfectly acceptable to take the elevator up one level to your car.

Off to visit NYC this weekend! I am so happy with how my life is coming together and so grateful for all the wonderful opportunities I have before me.
